ditto on the 15+ beam! Also on the Riviera.. There was a huge rebuild and evolution after Freddy in the 70s into the 80s perhaps we will se the same. As well as more storm ready marinas! There was much damage from less than sturdy dockage. But it cleared the way as Freddy did for better...
