Should be the same technology. The transistors are used as a switch. The sensor sends a signal at different levels in the tank. That signal goes through the transistor to the respective LED. I’ll try changing them and let you know.

Is the holding tank gauge the same as the fresh water tank gauge? I replaced the transistors on my fresh water gauge and it works perfectly now, but I have a few transistors left over and my holding tank gauge doesn't work.

What is the number?

I've got the same problem on my 2004 420 DA. I can change the transistors, but can't find the type number on them. If you have any left, I would appreciate your mailing me a few. If not, then what type are they and I'll just order my own bag with many spares. BTW, there's a black mark on the...
