Thy are called weep drain hole covers I believe and keep water from getting inside the window frame, anyone feel free to correct me.

If I remember right there is a couple of sizes. You can always measure your broken ones and compare with the ones from the site I listed a few posts back. I know he had more than one size when I ordered mine. Or give him a call direct
