Just had this same issue. I removed the side panel where the transformer is located. The main white wire was vey loose. I tightened the nut and it’s fixed. So look for loose wires!
My wife and I want to do a little cruising this winter and I was looking at autopilot systems. Given that our boat does not have hydraulic steering I was wondering which types of systems I should be looking at. Any help in the right direction is most appreciated.

I have a 1988 weekender and have "finally" replaced our hot water heater. The issue I am having is if I run the A/C and hot water heater at the same time... I am using about 25 to 30 amps. I know this is right at the limit of my shore power but one lead of my cord melted. Not something you wanna...
