are you sure it is not air locked try priming the pump along with the flush idea.. I have had massive growths of mussels and other various things in sea rays over the years .. not familiar with your boat....

I also bought a L650 fly this past year .. and we had vacuflush issues .. I have a yacht manager which makes life a LOT easier but re the Vacuflush they mounted the pumps and tanks in a space that people tend to step on I had to replace all 4 of them as part of my prepurchase inspection .. but...
