My 1998 480 SeaRay lower bridge lights come on with the switch but the panel lighting and upper lights do not? Also, checking the bulbs in the ceiling lights they are warm with a very faint glow. The dimmer switch on the panel has no affect. Any suggestions. Thanks, Larry
