Good point...if all the fuses are still good -than I would do the easiest things first -squirt a little gas in the intake , if it fires up your fuel pump is bad, If it does not than as suggested start swapping parts..I would start with the coil than the ignition sensor located in the front of...
Do not get confused here.... if the main 50 amp fuse was blown it would not turn over,,, the 3 fuses I reference on your 4.3 are as follows and if any one of them is blown the engine will still turn over but will not run!
1) Fuel Pump
2) Injector Fuse, ECM, DLC, Battery
3) ECM Fuse...
The same thing happen to me.... turned out to be a blown fuse -their are a few little black boxes next to the ECM which is mounted on the port side exhaust manifold -one of them has three fuses in it -check those fuses before you do anything else..........cheap fix!
