Alright this little guy comes right after my fuel selector knob for my generator. It is some type of marine fuel valve that states Fuel/TROL on it and has a normal and by- pass valve set screw. Its 12 volts and pushes 10 psi before it gets to the electric fuel pump on the genset.
I'm guessing...
Decided I won't worry about spark plugs in my life again. Bought wire, crimping tool, and terminals. 108 bucks from summit racing. Figure it will pay for it self in 5-10 years;) Thanks for the responses guys.
I'm sure some of you saw my westerbeke rant in the general discussion. I'v managed to source everything, but the damn spark plug wires. Anyone have any ideas, its a 8.0 60hz. Iv tried searching for a vehicle with the same cc engine made by Mitsubishi and then searching for correct wires, but...

They are closed today, but perhaps they will have what I need at a tad bit cheaper. They didn't list prices in the catalog...
Well I found all the parts I needed for about 50 bucks. Wires, plugs, and a new ignition coil. Tad nervous about the coil, but then again iv interchanged them on plenty of 4cyl cars before. What would make the WB so precious that it requires a 200 ignition coil compared to a 30 dollar one? You...
How are these folks still in business? 117 dollars for 4 spark plug wires? I can buy a crimping tool, boots, connectors, and an entire spool of wire for this price. I wont even go into some of the other parts and associated prices that go with Westerbeke. I remember them being expensive, but...
Alright taken me a while to get this to project. I have two other AC units on the boat so it hasn't been vital. Looking to sell though and want everything working. It seems to be pulling the correct amps looking at the meter. Maxs out the second I hit the switch and down to 20 or so the same way...
heat exchanger is typically used for cooling the jacket water in a system... So I would say no. Not sure how your boat is set up, but you might have some lines on or near the heat exchanger that can be used to heat the water heater if not using electricity.
Anyone out there that still makes these? I have a 87 410 Aftcabin thats in need of the top bridge enclosure and bimni top. Have a quote for a custom job, but seems a little to pricy.
UPDATE!
I'm back from deployment....wish I could of stayed down en sur America! Anyways decided to call a mechanic out since this is beyond me. Went over the entire thing with him and he was a bit perplexed. Did a couple of tests such as peeping in through the sparkplugs, listening and feeling...
Thank you guys superbright LEDs got the majority of my business. I do have a quick question though. I ordered all 12volt lights to match up with the ones I'm replacing. My question is can I splice into these same 12 volt lines and add a couple of additional lights? What if I buy two 6vdc leds...
Don't mind the condition or the color. Would pay more for forest green in usable condition though. kdumph@yahoo.com, I don't check this site often enough!
