I have been looking at the same thing for a awhile now, going to pull fridge out from under stair and crawl back to see if there is any other drains inside. Would love to keep the water out. Jamie

Thanks for responses, I have Cummins as well. I don't let the wife leave alot on board unless we are on a trip, then it can be fairly loaded. I will look for a set of 24s for spares.

After last summer I was looking at getting a set of spare props, my props are stamped 22R26 and 22L26. I see most are running a 23 or 24, could these have been reworked to a smaller size. I do reach full RPM and cruise at 2100 rpm and see 26 mph to 29 mph depending on lake conditions. These...

Hi Dave, Did you have any luck with this. My starboard side has a little water but port side is moving alot of water in heavy rain. Would love to keep the water going over the sides rather the. Into the boat. Jamie

Any non-Yacht options that can sleep 6 adults?

We have a 400 sedan bridge with a 3 berth layout. It's great for weekends away with friends. Bunks on starboard and singles or convert to double on port with forward master.

Thank you. Thats information that could save ya on the water. We were just about to enter a fast moving river when engine shut down if it didn't restart we would have been in trouble.

I am leaning towards this as well. The alternator is not charging or batteries are toast and not excepting a charge. I'll load test batteries this weekend and check output on alternator. Thanks

Question for the group. 400 sedan bridge with 8.3L CTA We were on a 5 hour run and in the 4th hour my Starboard engine shut off. The only thing wierd was I noticed earlier on that my Volt meter for that side was jumping all around, its normally very stable. I was able to start it and run...

I looked at this one recently, its immaculate but $$ was too high for me. Low hours and it's a 2004 https://www.stclairboatsales.com/listings/2004SeaRay480/index.html

Is the 560 your looking at forsale with JFBYs is so have a look at the 98 560 with Cats for 60K less. seems like a good option, and I always think the best maintained or surveyed boat wins.

I wouldn't be against a smaller tank, we hardly use this one just didn't want eliminate it completely for resale purposes. Probably have to move the fill and new hoses, alot easier to get at fresh water pumps too. Jamie

Has anyone ever relocated the Fresh water holding to Master berth, Looks like a large spot behind forward A/C. Our previous 380 was located here and worked out good, trying to think of ways to make ER more accessible. Jamie

Hi Billy ray I believe the black gasket is cosmetic only, the Caulking around the windows are the seal. I'm sure someone will chime in but I think this is true
