JW....regarding your charger question. There are fuses on the lines running to the batteries. One of my fuses were blown and it wasn't charging the battery (happened to be stb start). I could never find the fuse! I think it was buried in the harness. I ended up running a new line to replace the wire to the battery. Good luck. Joe
