    removing carpet and headliner

Did a search but couldn't really find anything on what I'm needing. basically I'm thinking I just want to remove the carpet completely in my 87 230 and go with a non-skid paint while I'm also wanting to remove the headliner inside the cabin. Is It possible or Is It more of a pain then its worth.
