i just bought the boat and was going over thing and the bolts were lose i tryed to tight them up but they wont grip the first one i pulled out was 5'' long then i went out to get a next size thicker when i came back to replace them the first bolt i pulled was the first one to replace it did not...

but the trailer button will make the drive go up. is that all connected together?

my trim switch will not bring the outdrive up but it will go down but the trailer button will bring the drive up could it be the switch?

how much will it cost to fix to have some one cut out and put new wood in and reglass it

i have a 85 sea ray cc. the 4 bolt holes that the motor mounts bolts down on the boat 2 on both sides they seem that they are striped out what will be the best way to fix them

I'm looking for a outdrive. I found one but I want to know if it will work for mine. I have a 1985 with a 5.7L 350 mag and the out drive i found came off of a 5.0L 302. The guy said it was off of a 1991, he all so said its a alpha 1 gen. 1 . would it be a gen 1? did they switch to gen 2 around...

its the dash lights and the do turn on when the key is in the on

the switch lights up when turned on when i flick it up and turns of when down can it still be the switch?

sorry im not good at talking and explaining things (even and ideas)

my dash lights are on all the time even when the switch is in the off any ideas. sorry for putting up to many post im new to this:grin:
