Wife and I started boating years ago with a 22ft Catalina sailboat. Came over to the “dark side” and bought a 2007 Regal 1900 bow rider with Volvo 4.3. Always on a trailer. Took it on vacation to Virginia and cruised the top of the Chesapeake when the chop wasn’t so bad. Kids all grown, we wanted to Cruise further and do overnights on the Chesapeake. Recently found an older cream puff and a slip on Northeast River in MD. Need to get used to having twin engines, generator and water/sanitary systems. We are pretty capable DIYers, now we have a new project.
