Cliff is correct. I have a "special" set of props for when I load heavy for a trip to the Bahamas. With those props on and a light load, I run out of RPM before I run out of throttle. I am just very careful to not over rev the engine, by watching the tach closely.
You could do it in the dingy, probably be wet when you got to the island.
