I’ve been down in there working, no one else. I definitely have stepped on a harness going across the floor but I thought I was gentle and didn’t disturb it. I’ll go look where ever it goes maybe it’ll be obvious
i am by no means an electrical person, but i can figure it out with help. Have my generator tuned up and running good, it starts from in the cabin but all a sudden when i flip the switch to off in the panel in the kitchen the genny wont shut off. I have to crawl in the hatch and flip the "start...
I guess i'm missing the rails then. I was under the impression you took the aft table and placed it down to set the cushion on top. New to me boat so learning things i'm missing.
Two questions, anyone have dimensions to have a custom one made or know where to find a reasonable replacement? Mine is MIA.
Also, doesn’t the table set under it to support it? If so I guess this guy just bought a second table.
Thanks,
2000 with 7.4s and v drives. I feel like unless I’m 3400rpm I’m extremely nose up. Is that normal? And yes trim tabs are all the way down. This is my first big boat. So learning what’s right and wrong. 3400 runs great boat tops at 35mph.
But we like to cruise slower it just feels odd to me...
Spark plugs. It’s 110 with no load but it doesn’t drop much if any when I run ac. Did not change capacitor. The rocker switch starts it just fine. Just won’t kill power when I flip it down
Also, when I flip the breaker on in the panel inside I hear a constant clicking I don’t remember hearing? Is that normal and I never noticed or is something stuck?
Update:
I changed the plugs in it, had a weird denso model in it. And it runs so much smoother. And is putting out 110volts seems to run everything fine now. Is 110 proper for a genny?
I also have a new problem. The rocker switch in the breaker panel will no longer shut the genny off. I have...
However, hours, maintenance history, bottom job etc all should play a factor. And how clean they are. Pics never do justice. But bigger, bigger motors, and v drive less maintenance. def the way i would be going.
I had a brain fart moment and asked a question that had a simple answer. then answered my own question. As putting a switch on the leading hot wire to my amps. To kill power so only my interior speakers work when desired. Lol
