I think water gets in between the cushions, as looking at the underside there isn't anything preventing water from coming in. Also the cover needs to be tighter around the arch. My 250SLX had rubber piping around the arch, but on the 270 it's just the canvas.

Yep, they marina gives the same canned response each time, increase rates every season, and rarely provides any upgrades to show for it. They said they are looking into security cameras, etc... but it's "challenging".

I really like it. Would prefer it with outboards, like the new Regal 33XO. Have heard a rumor we may see them on it before too long... guess time will tell. If so, there's a good chance this will be our next upgrade.

Yes, I obviously plan to stick with something weighted to hold the size of the boat. I just know there are less bulky (more storable) options then the cheapest solution MarineMax puts on board when rigging the boat.

Yeah, our state requirements are "3" high block letters". I think the model designation font would qualify as block letters as it's a sans serif font.

It appears that Sea Ray has updated the font that are on the transom (model / number) They look lighter (more narrow) then the fonts on our SLX. Does anyone know what the new font they're using is? I need to order our registration numbers, and would like for them to match if possible.

Haven't noticed much difference in holeshot, for corner you do need to adjust the trim more that I did with my 250.
