Want to make sure I got this right. When my depth gauge reads 3 feet, it reads from bottom of boat so if my outdrive extends down say 18" I still have18" of room, right?? I know pretty dumb, but all this time I have been worried that when I see 3 feet on the gauge I was getting in to trouble...

Thanks, I am thinking I don't want to chance it, just write it up as a lesson learned. I tried to stick a plastic hose through the gas filler yesterday and felt something blocking it, is there some sort of anti-siphon deivice that I need to be aware of? Gordo,

Hello, I have 50 gallons of gas that is two years old, my tank holds 65 gallons, I did not add any treatment/stabilizor to gas. My boat does set on an air dock and the gas does get swished around with the movement of the water(wakes). Any chance of saving this gas? If I need to get rid of it...
