I have not modified more than tower so far. I have used sacks on other boats and they are helpful to make bigger wakes.
As for your question about skier v. wakeboarder...I think they both have a fair amount of drag coming up for the first couple seconds but once up its no different. You...
the tube I get only has a lid. I squeeze some out, put the lid back on tight and when I go back (even if after only a week) the whole top of the tube is solid as a rock. I end up cutting off a corner to squeeze some out that way....pain in the a$$
+1 on this...it works very well. I have recently installed a cargo bimini from Monster that allows me to put it on top of the bimini securely and this has worked well also.
I too am wet slipped with an unpainted bottom. I have found that my gas power washer (2500) is pretty adept at blasting off "krud" from the brackish waters I boat in. I usually dont let more than a week go by before cleaning it though so I am not sure what it would do with a half seasons...
It has been 95 to 100 around here for weeks. This means jellyfish have moved in as the water has heated up (about 85 water temp). Puts a damper on swimming around here.
We went to Annapolis harbor Saturday night and there were plenty of mooring balls available so it appeared it was too...
+1 on the replacements from Great Lakes...they are nice to deal with.
I have just filled the hole with 3m marine sealant and reset the post inside. Cures in 24 hours and so far, none have 're-loosened' that I have repaired that way. The only downside is no matter what I do, once you open...
We just made it back to the slip when it blew into the marina. Transformers blowing all over the place....Coast Guard responded to 37 distress calls on the Chesapeake. We lost power for about 24 hours.
As for the iphone apps....the weather channel free app has a nice "map" feature that...
plug it into a used boat site and you get this...nadaguides.com give a little room for options but I go with the earlier comment that low hours on this boat is a reason to price lower, not higher.

That is very cool....We bow in (not enough water on the bulkhead to accomodate the drive.) Hook a spring loaded hook to the bow eye, cross the stern lines leaving a little for the tide. I think now instead of coiling I may have to braid!!
I am with Todd, they are a great "spill management system." It also keeps them a little colder and fizzier. You can also cannonball off the swimdeck, come up, open your beverage and have fresh cold drink with no river water in it while you float. Try that with a can...I think my wife got them...
