I have spent 10 or so nights at Kelleys so far, and all seems normal at PortSide with regard to boat traffic. I do notice, that the bulk of boats are local (Sandusky Bay, PC & Marblehead). I bet the folks from the east (Huron, Vermilion, Lorain, etc.) are the ones that will be reducing trips...
