I have a 1996 215 Express. Can someone tell me where the fuse is for the bilge pump? It will not come on either with the float or manuel switch but when it was removed and hooked directly to the battery it worked?

Can someone tell me where the fuse is located for the bilgepump on a 1996 215 express crusier? The pump does not run when I activate the float switch or the manuel switch, yet the pump worked when i took it out and hooked it to the battery. Is the fuse behind the wheel or is their another...
