Faria has a nice in hull depth sensor + wire water sensor but not sure what speed it works fine. I just bought a Hawkeye which has depth (up to 63mph) and water temp on the transom transducer. Not tested yet.

After checking the parts list from searay, it appears that light was installed from the factory. I'm now looking for the wiring diagram (couldn't find it on the searay website) of the 1994 180, trying to figure what happened with that "light". Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the Signature, might not be accurate. It's a 1994 180 open bow I/O. The user amnual gives 2 wire colors for the halon system. I don't think it discharged as there was no fire. Went to check the boat today and couldn't find the system (botle ???) BR Greg
