I have a brand new in the box Windlass that's been sitting around a couple of years and I want to have it installed in my 05 260 DA. Does anyone have any experience(s) regarding such an installation? Cost etc?

Have an eight foot west marine inflatable that I want to mount on my 05 260 da. Have intergrated swim platform so installation of dinghy hooks is problematic I think. Was thinking of lashing to foredeck or to transom. Also have a 6hp outboard. How should I transport that? Thanks for the help.

Bjac, I notice you use a rotary buffer on your hull. I usually use an orbital but was thinking about getting a rotary. Any tips for its use and the type of wax/compound you utilize? I have a boat exactly like yours. Thankx
