Hey. I have the same problem. What did you end up doin to fix those slides? sorry. I was talking about replacing the guides in the slider door. I was thinking Velcro or glue just to place them and stand on the door to set. ?

I tow my 260 everywhere in fact i had it towed from texas to vancouver island last yearwhen I purchased it. I love it. I tow it with a dodge 3500 diesel with a 6 inch lift. Id recomend at least a 2500 and Id get a diesel. No worries then, just load it up to the max.

I use my telescopic pole for docking. I extend it as much as I can then I lock it. It works like a charm. The aft ple I simply use an aluminum broom pole which happened to be the perfect lenght. Now I have more money for fun in the sun on my 260
