Hi, my Smartcraft is showing Engine Operating with reduced Power, IAC Error. Looking into the Fault it shows Port IAC Error. However, Both engines Idle just fine. would this be just the sensor failure and not the IAC valve itself? Thanks.

Hi, The belt on my Merc 350MPI broke and I'm trying to replace it. I loosened the 5/8 nut on the Idler adjuster wheel and tried adjusting it using an 8mm box wrench. The adjuster will not budge. Any hints on how to unstick this? Probably badly rusted. Many thanks 2005 320DA Merc. 350Mag MPI

Experienced a 0V reading on the Charging Meter, then LOW Battery Warning on the Smartcraft. After running for a few minutes the Engine shutdown. Voltmeter had been reading 12V for about a week. then earlier that day 10-11V at 2000rpm. Dropped to under 10 at 3000+. Could a dead, perhaps shorted...

I tried tightening my windlass Lock Nut and snapped the head off. Any thoughts as to how to remove the screw portion?

Thanks ALL. James, I wish I'd checked the forum and seen your pic prior to going to the boat. Thought it was on the Windlass breaker on the AFT EIM. Finally found the breaker . All good now.

Thanks Tom. Is the breaker at the Windlass? The breaker in the cockpit is not tripped. The Helm Up/Down Windlass switches make a solenoid click however the Bow Up/Down controls exhibit no action. Cheers, Dave.

Hi, What's the best way to remove and reseat the Thru-Hull transducer fitting. It says 'Hand Tighten' but I can't loosen it by hand. It appears the fitting was incorrectly/sloppily installed at the factory and now leaks. Boat is way out of warrany so can't go back on Sea Ray at this point. 2005...
