I was down to the Marina this week and saw the work being done on it and they have a permit sign on the fence in front of the work site. The reason they tore down the old restaurant was that there was an empty unused gas tank under the old place and it had to be removed. The old owners lease...

The Hull is being done next week and top side will be done in May. We in the north east have had some real bad storms in April.

They have the floor already in right next to the Gas dock in the same place as the old restaurant. They plan to have an 18 stool bar with the restaurant a little upscaled from a burger stand, sounds like it should be a great place for the Marina folks.

Surfside 3 in Lindenhurst is updating all of their facility's at the Marina. They have a above ground pool in the main Marina and have exciting new programs for this summer and a new restaurant is opening in either late June or early July. It's a great place for the kids too.
