Hey Neighbor, I also recently purchased a sea ray coming from a smaller boat. The differences are amazing. Any plans to bring the new boat up to lake Ontario?

What is a good test to determine that the converter is charging the batteries while on shore power? Voltage above 12VDC at the batteries?

Purchasing a 1989 Sea Ray 270 Amberjack tomorrow pending sea trial. Twin 4.3l engines. It has a few minor issues but nothing a little effort and a parts list cant fix. Sailing out of Rochester, New York. Any other Lake Ontario boaters out there?
