Thanks so much for the great pics and the idea of going aft of the engine, but unfortunately you pics show my hatches to be quite different and the space at the rear of my engines are also under the lip of the deck..... I will post some pictures after the weekend
Hi Riptide, I already have the stb exhaust off, and all the associated brackets, and I have measured the gap with a tape, there is enough room, I just don't know I can move the thing up and over the lip of the driptray to get it far enough inboard to hook something up to teh lifting lugs...

Yes Tom, I have removed the small lift out floor panel on the starboard side, and the back to back PFC's that support this panel and the mail engine hatch/cockpit floor, but to be honest it doesn't help as much as you would hope..... the genny is still way back under...

I am in quite some trouble with the 5.7 Westerbecke generator in my 2001 410 DA.
It would appear I have had a small fresh water leak in the line that feeds the wash down hose in the rear compartment which has dripped into the generator sound proof enclosure and filled up the generator...
I think another reason may be that social media is a lot more active these days.

I know it was old, but as with all problems SeaRay this is my first port of call!
