We went from a bought-new 2015 Cobalt R5 to a very lightly used 2016 Sundancer 330. During our buying/selling experience with both, I have a few observations:
1) Mid-range price cabin cruisers tend to sit on the market for a while.
2) Outboards are currently the hot-ticket (although not for us)...

I would let them know that you are considering retaining legal counsel. If I had all that go wrong on a new boat, I would be standing on someone's desk at Sea Ray.
We have the Axius on our 330 and it works really well. I was able to back 100' down a narrow channel to dock in a 20kt crosswind yesterday, despite it being the first time I had driven the boat since purchase.

I grew up on big sport-fishers and have recently trialed just about everything before settling on our new 330. The V-drives are great for saltwater and I probably wouldn't leave an I/O in saltwater period. However, I/Os seem to drive much nicer at anything above trolling speed insofar as...
