Thanks for the replies guys. It seems that the trim piece should unscrew from the underlying drain. I was hoping there were replacement trim pieces that would screw back into the same drain without having to cut it all out. I’m not interested in doing that at all.

2007 Sundancer 40 and I’m looking to replace the thru-hull lugs and all hardware for the transom zinc. The nuts I took off look to be stainless, but the lug bolts themselves almost look like they are bronze. Anyone know for sure? Thanks Eric
