Crew... i just changed my impellers last weekend. I have a good tip. Take the whole pump assembly out of the boat by removing the half moon bracket and then replacing the impeller on the bench. It is the only way to do this. I didn't know about removing the bracket and I took the pump apart on the engine. Very difficult. I later learned to take off the bracket and the pump assy comes along with it. Good luck...Joe
