Call BOE Marine, this sites owner, Jim sells a TON of Marine Electronics and his shop is right across the Bay Bridge. He has a crew that does installs if you aren't of that skillset.
I have a 1986 250 Cuddy and I'm trying to get some measurements to see if I can make the back bench seat work? I need to get a cover and bimini top for mine also and no one has stuff for my boat but they do for the 89-90 260 Cuddy.
Thanks for the help.
Jim I'm local and I wouldn't mind helping you out at all. I'm a newbie to the boating scene and this website has been awesome help so far. I do residential and commercial audio video and video surveillance set-ups. I could get you the equipment at cost and even do the labor for free. I...
Up here in MD I know that they hammer those pylons at least 10 ft into the mud because I've watched them put an 18ft pole into 3ft of water with about 5 ft sticking up out of the water.

Wherever the 7.7"s can fit put them. Generally speaking I'm not a big JL Audio fan but those 7.7"s sound great. It's not a big deal to cut the holes bigger in most cases.
More then likely the marina hasn't even thought about placing a lien on it yet. What marina is it at? If it's basically free why even worry about getting a survey done? Worst case scenario is you part it out/sell it to a junk man if there is a problem.
I don't have a boat big enough to have a camera in the bilge. But if I were to put one there I would use a Speco Intensifier series camera. It'll give you a color image even with no light. You could always wire a LED light to a switch that you can turn on if you need to see something more...
Alpine's new marine radios allow the use of more then one remote and their remotes are RF so you don't have to run wires. They also have marine speakers and amps. I haven't heard their marine speakers yet and I know that JL makes very nice marine speakers.
