I have a 2002 310 for 10 years now .
I love the boat but the engine room is for yoga midgets.
Ive donated at least 10 pints of blood in my bilge over the years with everything being so tight to get to.
These are Horizon motors so only the engines are FWC.
The manifolds and risers are raw water...
This horn has been discontinued and there is no exact replacement.
I am still searching too.
Only ones I find would require cutting the deck wider to fit.
I would do the transmission and oil coolers .
They're Cheap and you'll have a baseline of when they are done.
If a trans cooler fails water will get into trans.
looking at the back of the boat lower right side on both motors
if your boat is setup like mine it has 2 filters for each motor.
1 by each gas tank and 1 on each motor
Port one is a PITA to get to.
over time the smell will permeate the hose and cause odors in the cabin.
Especially since Sea Ray used the cheap black sanitation hose when they built most of these boats.
Sounds like dead cylinders. The ECM Is trying to compensate for the low vacuum due to dead cylinders.
I would do a compression test first before you start changing parts.
Access to the fuel pump and cooler is almost impossible without removing the riser and manifold .
I had this issue last year .
Generator was not putting out enough voltage.
Wound up being a bad capacitor in the generator 60$ part.
I have a Westerbeke Gen.
Sounds like the battery is either not charging or is no good for the port motor.
Im guessing you have 3 batteries. 2 are wired together Starboard engine /house batteries.
The single battery is usually the port/generator battery.
CM I assume is Carbon Monoxide detector which will beep if battery...
