On the main sliding door from the cocpit to the galley there is a latch that locks it in the open position to prevent it slamming open & closed when in rough water. Mine is broken & if anyone has one new or used please let me know & thanks!

I had one running hotter than the other, switched gauges & same engine ran hot. Turned out to be the temperature sending unit. May want to check that first
Don't wince now..... a soaked SOS pad works wonders. It doesn't scratch the glass, just clean it normally afterwards. We use it in the auto industry also for removing overspray from glass after a vehicle has come out of a body shop....you know that fine stuff that creeps under the paper.

Look at it carefully from various angles & make sure it sits level in the water. If it doesn't that may also be a clue for stringer rot. It may only be varying levels in the fuel tanks if there are two of them, or even an empty fresh water tank or a full holding tank. Any of these can make a...
