For what it's worth, I'm not convinced the weatherstripping is very effective in keep the moisture out. I'm pretty sure the majority of the moisture enters from the Hawse pipe opening. So after a year or so of procrastinating, I finally installed the new cockpit refrigerator. I followed the lead of FelixDream and installed a Isotherm 65. My ice maker hadn't worked properly since purchasing the boat, and even if it had, the refrigerator makes more sense for me. I'm pretty happy...

I've been contemplating doing the same thing but I believe the ceiling part of the enclosure was actually painted and I am hesitant to tackle that part of the task. The back wall seems to lend itself to a few design ideas however..... I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Well, also FWIW. I'm now a big fan of my new SeaFlush. It's not to often that products actually meet their advertising hype. I realize there are many ways to flush these systems but this was straight forward and easy.

Thanks for the quick response, I will definitely drain the mufflers. I have already done the AC and the Genny, the Sea flush worked great for those.
