Hi;
Spring Garage cleanup yielded some parts from our IRMA victim.
I have the following from our our 380 Sundancer:
Complete canvas made by US Yacht w/acrylic? windows (1 year old @ removal)
Spare Original Hy-Torq Nibral Props (21X22 - L&R)
Oil Filters
Fuel Filter
Belts
Impeller Kit
Table...
While working on some spring projects, I've had to pull the power on CO alarm since it is going off constantly. BTW, this is with hatches open and no engines running.
Just wondering if anyone has found a better replacement?
Thanks, it seems to be the only favorite. I figured the NMEA2k interface on the ChargeMaster would have garnered some interest, but that didn't come cheap anyway!
Happy Spring!
I need to replace my battery charger (Promariner 30), and I'm trying to decide between the ProNautic 1230P & a ChargeMaster 12/35-3.
Anyone have an opinion?
Which Kohler did you have? The specs on the 7.5ekd are certainly better than the original (but so is the new westerbeke)
Ours is the original 7.2BCGTC, so was running at 3600rpm (not too noisy, when it worked), but parts have always been an issue too.
This is closer to my feeling about the westerbeke right now. In the past 3 years we've rebuild the hot end, had a four month ordeal replacing a leaking water pump, waited another 4 months to get a new exhaust manifold (both had to come from France), and now a carb that hydro-locked the motor...
The rebuild was easy, and they sell a "standard" repair kit with new slides and hardware. They also supplied some odd-ball parts I was looking for as well.
BTW, getting a polishing wheel on the stainless is easy when it's apart
