You covered it so well with Pictures Video and write ups it was a great...
I was told on another forum that its common for single prop deep v boats , so dont worry your steering wheel will not come off or anything, they tell me you get used to it . OR we can fit a dual prop its all to do with the spin and cavitation or something..
Just have a check on your electric contacts, there could be a dodgy earthstrap or something..
And just watch the temperature closely for a while ,that could even be a earthing problem to the sender and gauge maybe ?
