That could be a possibility that the tank isn’t filling properly, the filling hose on the port is longer and may airlock, leaving the starboard with more fuel, I do get fuel out of both tank vents when filling but air locks can cause weird issues

Hi Here is a photo of the drive with bearing carrier exposed, it’s heavily corroded by the seal, just lucky the seal is deep or it would be totally exposed in parts , also heavy pitting on the lower casing too. I have painted the carrier in the past to protect it

I think this is something that’s going to be a trial and error, mags lasted 6 months really, cannot afford to have any more corrosion on drives as I fear it will start leaking oil, just hope the nav alloy saves the day

New set of navalloy anodes fitted this weekend with matching trim tab anodes, so see how it goes, local marine engineer seems to think they will not work in fresh water and will from a white glaze and stop working like traditional aluminium anodes. I hope he is wrong
