Using a dewalt buffer and presta cutting creme before and after. Other shots after hand-applying collinite 885. Roughly 10 hours of work including washing and taping off. Will do topsides once in water as shoulders are killing me.
Sorry for the lil pics. Need to upload to photo account...
Is everyone else's battery bank setup screwy with routing the cables over and under or under and over the battery handles? I'd like to see the cable ends set lower on the battery terminals but it's impossible with the battery straps there. Does anyone remove the straps?

Scroll down to "fender knot." I like that for when needing to tie to rail

I do a variation of the clove hitch. Not sure what it's called but the second loop goes behind the rail as what's pictured so that the tail and standing part end up on same side. More like a luggage tag knot I reckon. Never had trouble using it with 3-strand.
The heat exchanger part takes warm cooling water from the engines and circulates it thru tubes inside the water heater to warm the water without electricity. I'll forgo that and just rely on the genny to make hot water.
During the bypass process I ripped out a heat exchanger hose with very little force mind you. The fitting at the water heater failed and the inside of the hose is full of a hard white substance, assuming from the boat's previous life in salt water.
The whole design seems to be a potential...
Thanks! I found a manual for a 200w amp in the bag but wanted to make sure if that was a replaced amp or still installed somewhere. So the cabin speakers are powered via the head unit then. I gotcha.
I think i have the upgraded audio system or these were put in by a PO. Does anyone have these next to the amp located stbd under the fwd berth. The amp is a clarion apx400.4m. Are these things just crossovers for the mids and tweeters in the cockpit? There are 4 of the little boxes.
