Slip Fees

I’m in Clearwater, I think it’s about $11.50 ish / ft/month on a short term deal. The biggest issue is finding a slip that large.

Limited experience there, but stayed at marinas on both coasts. If you are talking short term rates, we experienced anywhere from $9/ft/mo to $20/ft/mo. Those were short term rates. The cheaper ones were good marinas a little further north with no pool or on site restaurants.
If you are there, on the boat, some charge live aboard fees.
If you are short term, consider joining a group like MTOA or AGLCA, some marinas give better discounts to them vs Boat US. You will earn your $ back at the first couple of places you stay.
Book early. As an example, we are "on the list" for Legacy Harbor in FT Myers for 1 Month next December. They will call us in June to let us know if they have room (this years guests get first dibs to re-up when they pull out in the spring) They are $19/ft/mo, $0.12/kwh, $130 live aboard fee per month over 10 days. They have a great location with good amenities, so it costs more.
Obviously if you are seasonal, you'll have to decide what you want to pay for in the way of amenities and do some shopping.
Over 55' could require extra effort as said above. There are slips, but not a lot those size and those customers have a tendency to come back year after year.
