Local canvas upholstery shop says there is no one that carries the 2005 SeaRay tan upholstery that it was a limited run.
I only need 2 holes repaired/fix so am not interested in a complete redo.

Any idea who would carry the vinyl??

Bimini leg punctures?

Vinyl is tough - it often changes very quickly. I believe that Morbern was the supplier - you might do best by contacting them directly. But other than getting lucky by Googling, I think this is going to be a hard one. You might actually do better by looking for a replacement cushion from some place and just stealing the vinyl from that.

But this is a good candidate for vinyl repair, not replace. Try Dr. Vinyl or other local repair shops - many are mobile. Ask around at higher end car dealers, too. Depending on how picky you are, a product like VLP can work quite well.

Yes, previous owner dropped the Bimini top and the legs made a nice hole in the two cushions.

Trying to make this boat look as good as new. Hunting for new gauges, dash, GPS unit, might try and recaulk all the joints, etc.

I’m usually good for about 75% of the way and the remaining 25% drives my wife crazy. Do it right or don’t do it at all she says this time around.

Look for a Fibernnew franchise in your area. Great service for small holes and tears. They fixed a hole in my engine hatch right in my driveway. Price was fair. Quality was good.

I had same thing happen on a 260 Sundeck... I think 2010. I called my dealer and they got the make and part number of the vinyl for me and luckily had some in stock but it was lucky.

FLounder may have it but you need to know what it is. A really good boat upholstery guy can usually match it .... he did on my 2004 last year when I partially redid the cockpit ...matched perfect

Is this possibly what you are looking for?

Flip over one of the bow cushions, look at the "unfaded" original color and see if this might be it.
This 'nickel' color is what is on my boat. I always considered it more of a gold, but whatever. I just had my local shop remake the rear seat/engine hatch on my 2006 sundeck, I had a tear from a ski and cracks in the edges. Picked it up today. I pulled the cushions off since they just unbolt from underneath and took them to him. $240 out the door and I have new cushions. If your local guy doesn't have it, just order a couple yards and take him the materials.

I bet that could be repaired by one of the places mentioned. Last year we bought a car for our daughter, it was in great shape except for a tear about that size on one of the door panels - they repaired it and I can't even find it anymore.

Turns out a local dent and paint repair center, that unfortunately I have used often, also does vinyl and interior repairs. Owner is a boater which is a huge plus. Said to drop off the cushions and he will work his magic.

Boat is still in MD getting a few repairs before it makes it way to the Upper Chesapeake. I'm not in a rush yet as its still winter but I can't wait to get it to the local marina where I can start working on it myself.

Side note, went to the AC boat show today. Special pricing for the show, $109,000 for the new 270 SunDeck and $410,000 for the 35 SunDeck. Think I'll keep this 05 for a while...
