Water stains

Funny you posted this... I ordered and received mine but have note installed it yet. It is made of rubber actually so we shall see.

Hot dog, what a timely post - thank you. Sometimes the best things are simple things - these look great. Going to order some now - thanks for posting. :)

Thanks for sharing! I'm going to order at least 3 tomorrow, possibly 6.

Interesting. I just put some tubing in mine. If that fails to be effective, I'll be sure to give these a try.

The fuel dock at the marina sells something similar.

Please post up how they work out.

I just use a little rust stain remover on a sponge and the stain is gone in seconds.

Thanks for posting this product. Looking to order before open season

I saw these on FaceBook yesterday... Great idea, but their price point is ridiculous !!! I will not pay $20 for 2 cents of rubber.

Nice idea but ouch! Twenty bucks is nuts. I’d need two. I’ll stick with siliconing in a couple of inches of cheap 1/2” clear tubing from Home Depot.

I called them this morning, if you use BOATGROUP in the discount code at checkout you get 25% discount, shipping for 1 was only $2.77. I am going to try one, looks like a great idea for my Chaparral.

Key word I see up there is "cheap". $100k+ boat - and 40 bucks is out of the question.

Each to their own, obviously - but something that looks professional and functions for 40 bucks - considering what we spend on our hobby - is a damn good and cost effective investment in my book.

I'll stick these on and take some pics of them functioning when they arrive.....seems to be a great idea.

Will they fit on a toilet? That seems to be where I see the most water stains.

I don't think I've ever seen a toilet that empties above the water line, that would get ugly

No need to get nasty and derogatory over a difference of opinion about the best use of $40.00.
BTW: The clear plastic tubing is all but invisible when installed and does the job effectively.
To each his own.

I’m Sorry, that was funny about the toilet!

I am glad someone got it. It was meant for those who have a short hose and weak pump. Keeps it from getting on their feet.

I apologize, didn't mean to sound nasty - was just surprised to read something of that nature. As we both said - each to their own. Whatever works....works.
