Do you have a prop currently that's in decent shape? If so, post MAX speed and RPM with only you in the boat, trimmed up in calm water.

You can go to Sea Ray's website and look under the Owner's Resources tab - find the "prop matrix" - it will list the original prop for your boat.
 
Depending on how you use the boat and how it is loaded, either a 19, 21 or 23 pitch. For example I have two propellers, a 21P and a 23P. I use the 21 the most, it allows the engine to turn at the top of the WOT RPM range (4400-4800) and gives me 45-47mph top speed. The 23P turns 4500RPM and gives me 48-50mph top speed. You need to make sure the prop allows the engine to turn in the recommended WOT RPM.
 
lol,, boat came with no prop, BUT, i was cleaning outour,, and found TWO, under the seat.. i'll measure them tomorrow,,,
