The ferry between the mainland and Christian Island in Georgian Bay is running today at -17F (-27C):

Actually this is very unusual for this time of year. Most years this part of the Bay is iced over and there is an ice road that is used to get across.
 
The Madeline Island ferry between Bayfield and LaPointe is running, too I don't know if this has ever happened before. Usually it is the ice road or ice sled in February.
 
If our boat were in the water, I can guarantee you that we'd be on it! It's up to 8 degrees Fahrenheit where we're at!
 
I drove up to my boat at Bayfield yesterday. Had white out conditions for a while when south of the lake. It was fun being in the boat after 5 months even though it was just setting on blocks in the storage building.
