Coming off the success of the annual Atlantic City rendezvous, there has been some talk about maybe having a rendezvous on the Chesapeake Bay so that some upper, mid and lower Chesapeake Bay folks do not have to travel as far as Atlantic City to get to know/see/visit with one another.

I am trying to gauge the interest in such an event before the end of the year.

The other option would be for the Spring of 2016.

Opinions please (Yes, I know that asking THIS GROUP for opinions is probably asking for trouble!)

I'm a fan of Balmer and usually go every year, although this year my trip in May didn't pan out (ending up having to work that weekend)... so I'd be in depending on the dates, other commitments, and the obligatory approval of the Admiral.

I voted yes to Fall & Spring, but I am a definite maybe depending on dates. Also, I have been wrestling with an engine issue that may possibly be resolved next week with a new fuel line. If it is, my likelihood of going this fall increases. I am at the mouth of the South River, so Baltimore is only three rivers up from me.

Yes, we would like to attend assuming that Cheryl is back in normal footwear by then. But we'll probably simply Tim our way down that way. Cheryl isn't interested in 20 hours on the boat for a weekend.

Will Baltimore host a riot for us during the event? I've never seen one live.
