Damn! I went and looked. 240 RMS is a good match. What a great price! This sub can take more, but that should do fine. For the price, who cares? Try it and throw it away if you don't like it. I spent 163 on mine, but it's one of the best - that at almost 1/2 off.

This is an edit: I wouldn't buy it. That's not a slash/burn price like we got on the Subs. I think that amp is probably a piece of crap. If it's a matter of that or nothing, then go for it. If you're trying to match the deal you got on the sub - that isn't it.

It's back, just ordered on only, $21 plus tax and shipping, ground shipping is about $4, so not worth buying something else to get free shipping, unless you really need something else.

I checked after I ordered mine and it still shows available. Get it while it's hot!

The reviews for the amp are not too bad......"good for the money".

Edit: After reading the reviews, and seeing the amp on Bazooka's site @ an MSRP of $199, I bought it for the truck.

OK, 26 bucks. I bought one for my daughter's car. 26 bucks - like I said originally, you can't go wrong. I hope it's not a piece of crap - so does my daughter.
 
I was talking about the amp is back in stock, and yes for $26 if it's total crap I can give it to Davy Jones Locker.

This amp that was posted before ($21) this is a steal, it has a remote bass volumn control port, so now I'll be looking for that part which is exactly what I wanted this has been such a great deal, first the sub for $25 and now the amp for $21 I'm so ready to install this.

Not really negative but there is a reason that you can buy a enclosed Sub for 49.00 and from the same company buy one at 400.00. Just because it is inexpensive does not mean it is a good buy. My thought is a 49.00 Sub is better than no Sub at all.

Sound is more difficult to manage in an outdoor environment. One thing I have learned is heavy power and a sub that can translate that power to moving air controled is a key factor. Less expensive subs are low on control and the translation (fidelity).

Hapton you have a good point, I need Electrical tape and wire for under $1.00 to be in line with my savings.

As far as CHEAP sub, I'd say just because you GOT it cheap doesn't mean it's cheap, they normally sell it for A LOT more the sub and the amp I got.
 
I just installed my sub on my boat. I used the Eclipse XA-1000 digital amp which produces 350 watts continuous power. The speaker is rated at 300 watts. I put it in the engine room. The whole hull becomes a bass speaker. You really have to dial it down. There's a flimsy plastic access panel on the stbd side of the cockpit behind the seating that will have to be padded and re-installed. It's trying to vibrate off.

PS - I need one more 10" Kicker. I would be happy to pay for shipping and compensate you for your time if your nearby store has one.
 
I'm sure it will. My boat is on a stand getting the broken through hull replaced (see related thread). The pebbles in the parking lot danced around to "Green Day" and "Rush." Does that count?

I have an extra one. I bought a second one to put in my Silverado, but if I replace the factory stereo, I lose the door chimes, etc, etc.

It's yours if you want it. It was going on Craig's list anyway.

BTW, now I also have 2 amps. Which one would run the sub better in the boat....a 600w / 4 ch Rockford, or the Bazooka 300w / mono?
