If you could only have one cleaning product for the boat (excluding water) what would you choose?

I'd pick white vinegar.

Vinigar has acid in it and will remove hard water spots in the fall also the wax if not diluted.Totally awsome is good stuff,and cheap.I need to try it on the cockpit vinyl.

The cleaning product I use most often is Ivory Liquid. But, would be hard pressed to not take boat wash soap.

Look closely at the label. It's not called Awesome or totally awesome...

it's called L.A.'s totally awesome.
I use it to descale our Kurig machine and our regular coffee machine at work. Makes them look brand new and coffee tastes better when it's from a clean machine.

Some of the products are concentrated, make sure you read the labels.

+1 On the Simple Green. We use it on everything. Dinghy, decks, vinyl, etc. I don't know how true it is but I like that it says biodegradable and non toxic.

This is the main cleaner that I already do keep on the boat and use: Serious Shine from Shurhold. It's not a "heavy duty" cleaner, but then with regular cleanings I usually don't need anything heavy duty. It works on vinyl, fiberglass (cleans w/o removing wax - actually leaves the fiberglass shinier than before), glass, pretty much everything. http://shurhold.com/serious-shine-14-oz-aerosol
