After careful scrunity by the Presidents office, the game is declared a tie. Points were redistributed to the losing team so they would not feel bad about themselves. So their self esteem would not be attacked. Two trophies will be awarded, and every player will be acknowledged as mvp. That is all untill further notice. Thank your President. That is all.

Congrats to the Seachickens. They truly showed what the NFC West is all about! They earned this win and I hope they come play the 49ers in the NFC championship next year.

now it is almost baseball season so......LET'S GO GIANTS!

We'll see ya next year GO Hawks!!!!!!!!
Manning did set a record 12 playoff loses I guess he's a 12'th man now.

Congrats to the Seahawks! Don't understand it at all, but we were once invited into a private box, near the field, to watch them play years ago when we lived in Seattle so had to support them. No offense intended but for us it was a real waste and we could not wait for the game to end, no clue what they were doing. At least it's faster paced than cricket; IT IS like watching paint dry for real:) Do understand it's a big achievement for them though WELL DONE!

Good job Seahawks. You handed the Broncs their arse tonight.

Now, do those of you who don't believe the Hawks are real believe we're for real now?

I'm just drunk enough to realize what we've done. To those of you who doubted us.....do you believe now?

GO SEAHAWKS!!!

Peyton, enjoy that quiet ride home!

All, I've been at a neighbor's home watching the game. The Admiral and I were the only 'Hawk fans here in "Niner country so I just now read the last 20 pages or so of posts and I have to say its probably the most entertaining thread since GFC brought the Meridian to Cali from the PNW.

I've watched Seattle very closely for the past 2 years and knew they were the real deal. And now you all know it. There were no cheap shots, no bad calls, very few penalties....Seattle just gave the Ponies an old fashion butt whuppin'. Percy Harvin showed why he was worth 2 players and a first round draft pick, the defense proved why they are cocky and Russell Wilson proved to every team that passed him in the first rounds of the draft that he is tall enough for the NFL.

I was quite sure the Seahawks would win but I have to admit I did not see this blowout coming. But WOW! And for you Fortyniner fans who are saying, "Wait 'til next year", remember, this is a very young team and they are in this for the long haul.

Wait, what happened? Never mind, geesh! I fell asleep again.

If there's ever a Zombi apocalypse don't count on me! I once woke up on a Sunday afternoon wearing nothing but one sock!

Attention: Could someone in new jersey please go over to metlife stadium and help the denver broncos leave. It seems someone painted a seattle seahawks goal line in front of their bus and they cannot seem to able to figure our how to get across it.

That game blew chunks. Not because I'm a Denver fan couldn't care. I just wanted to see a good game between the supposed 2 best. Playoffs are always better.

#12 is an unlucky number all around for Peyton ha ha ha ....

"A win would also keep Manning from taking outright possession of a dubious record. With 11 playoff losses, Manning is tied with Brett Favre for the most in NFL history. He already owns the record for the most first-round losses with eight."

One more record under his belt

Andy Dalton is challenging Peyton's Playoff Loss record. After three years in the league, Andy is 0-3 in the playoffs.

It's empty now.

You did see the 2 best from each division, not the two best in the league. I won't gloat. I've tried to be relatively quiet with this thread, but Denver has not seen a defense or running game like this all year. I didn't see the blowout coming either. I'm still stunned and still have a little buzz to be honest. It's a great day here today.

Well, on the bright side, Peyton put his team(s) in a position to win such a dubious title....not many QB's can make that claim, so it's all good.

He's proven himself to be one of the best QB's in the league. We just played the best game of the season at the right time Offense, Defense & Special Teams.

I'll bet if you told coach Fox that Manning would set a SB record for completions and Lynch would be held to 39 yards rushing he would think his Broncos would win. They must still be just as shocked it was a blowout as anyone on the planet.

I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about the game and wondering if we'd won in a dream I had. This morning's paper showed it was real, not a dream, but in some ways it's still a dream.

All I can say is ...... WOW!
