That doesn't look like it sucks! But.... Your glasses are broken, your windless is broken and I wasn't invited!

Nice!

I wish I had my boat in that clear water.
Feel free to post as many pics as you like....looks like your SeaRay acts as a magnet for a certain type of guest.

Keep up the good work,

Mark.

Cant remember her name to be quite honest...haha

By new I meant 2 completely tore down, sleeved and basically everything replace engines. Re used the blocks.

And yup It stay in the lagoon on the island in a little marina...Best hurricane hole around for sure.

I have reviewed the evidence and it is safe to say, I am not having more fun ........(typing this from work, at the start of a 48 hr shift).

I see you list Canada/Cancun as your home. How much time do you get to stay down on the boat during the year. Do you go down for months at a time or weeks at a time?

Are there any 'nuances' with keeping a boat in Mexico? Fees, high insurance, high dockage, hard-to-find maintence, etc.?

Will enjoy following your posts........

Nice pics! I have been thinking of a fishing rod rack similar to yours. Do you know if it was custom made or does it have a name on it?

Thanks
Bill

I love Isla Mujeres - I was there on a friends Bertram...Your right, Its a great Marina and the island itself is a really neat place

Considering, in English, Isla Mujeres means Women's Island, it is aptly named... All takes to have your life is time and money, and some alcohol...

All things considered I still like Jersey Best...

Keep the pictures coming....

Well I still work in the oilfields of Canada so about 240 days a year are spent working and 120 aboard the boat and about 5 at my house...I have a strict no wedding policy so I don't get conned into spending my time off doing something other than what I would rather be doing lol. So I basically go down once a month for anywhere from 5 to 15 days at a time.

Keeping the boat on isla is great for the most part besides finding competent workers that will do what they say and show up. Other than that my marina fee is $950 a month with 2 huge lockers...$800 without. Power is expensive on the water that's why the price is like that. Insurance I pay $2400 from Blue Water Yacht Ins. from Jupiter Florida and I can Basically go anywhere except Cuba. Diesel on the water is about $3.25 a gallon.

I plan to move the boat to the Keys for a bit for a change of pace though.

Hey Bill I am not sure to be quite honest. It came with the boat...It's great though. 4 holders up top and 4 on the main level. This may be a bit bias but the 400 DB is an unreal boat for fishing when we take the bench out of the back. Lots a room and the rods don't hit the roof. The only other cruiser I have seen that I think is better are the Tiara's.

Are you working at Fort Mac? Been there many times. It's like the wild west up there. Oh yeah you can afford the boat if so. LOL.
I was in Saskatoon last fall to visit our Volvo/Mack dealer. Flat as a board and colder than H$LL. I can see why you keep the boat in Mexico.
