CSR Burgee...

OK I'll bite. I want one, but I was using a Colorado Flag as my burgee. Sorry Colorado. Jim, why don't you put one in with Platinum Support?

$35 is off the charts. My Yacht here in Maryland sells ours for $20. We even had a special Renagade Burgee made up and it only cost us $19 for about twelve of them.
George

$35 is not that bad. Anyone knows that a decent quality burgee will cost more. Yes you can find other burgees out there that are less, but this one is a quality product. I don't think Jim's getting rich on selling these for a nominal profit.

Agree 100%... I've purchased the $20 burgees and 6months later are shreads... these are warranted and I have faith that Jim will not sell us junk.. bad business...
I still want one...
I think we have 12 as of now...

I find it funny that this is "too rich" for some blood and they'll spend more money in 11 minutes running their boats.

Well, I'm good with the cost of $35 because I believe Jim would only sell the best product he could to us otherwise a Pi$$ed of client base with the strength of CSR is never a good thing...

It's all a matter of perspective and value, don't you think? I don't judge a burgee at $35 to be a good value. Running the boat, well, that's a different matter.

P.S. I think only 11 minutes is a bit optimistic. I fear it's far more expensive than $35 per 11 minutes.

I was trying to shoot for an average. I can maybe go an hour for $35....
Anyway my point is, it's better to pay a little extra for a quality product that, like Jason said, be upset when the threads are whipping around after a few months.

Its this simple ..... Either you want one or you don't. :smt001

I might have one coming for free no its not from Gary.

I will buy 100 more. I'll fly them on Four Suns for a day (making them EXTREMELY valuable) and then sell them on ebay for $200 each...

It's the same business model of those girls that wear their undies for a day and then put them on ebay... so I'm told.

In that case, how much for a fried impeller?

Gary...... A Burgee with 2 skid marks on it for $200 bucks. :wow:

I'll go with Jim's $35 dollars Burgee. :smt001

Its this simple ..... Either you want one or you don't. :smt001 I changed my mind, don't want one, it might drop the value of my next boat, a "SILVERTON" of course!! And I know I don't want one now that Gary is putting one on his yacht!!!
 :smt043

I've changed my mind, don't want one, it would look like a "Turd cut w/a stick" on my next boat, a "SILVERTON" of course!!

Maybe at WOT it's more than $35 but I don't sniff $35 in 11 minutes of fuel burn. Now if you include berthing, insurance and payments you have a point...
