Scott, you better be on the lake for our Courtesy Helicopter Shoot this summer. 3 years ago we did one and this will be the 3rd year we have done it. Bring your boat out to the designated spot between Mich. City and New Buffalo and we will hand you all the pictures from the even in very high res. on a cd. There were about 10-15 pictures of each boat. Cost to you: Go boating for the day on your own boat!

The last time we did it I believe we counted 86 boats that showed up. All Lake Michigan boaters are welcome.

Those are some pretty good shots. I know someone was mentioning these things were expensive, how much are they trying to get for the pics?
 
I was anchored while fishing last year and the came by. I waved them away and never received anything from them.

We usually go about 3 times a year. I think the pictures were a couple hundred bucks for 1 and then a little less when you added more.
 
I think they are able to mark down hailing port and other identifying information. Then they mail you something pointing to there website. I logged in then they had my email address and emailed the proofs to me.

The year we were all over in Portage (2007), the weather was iffy, so I decided not to go over for the shoot.
